Large room in warm, friendly house easy walking distance to the theatres in a safe area. Minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas and the city centre with public transport links. Excellent leisure facilities nearby too

It is a residents parking road. We can provide passes but it is difficult to find a space

The house is 5 minutes walk to the city centre and about 15 minutes to the Northcott or Barnfield Theatres

I had a lovely stay here! Very lovely people, access to shops and a cinema very close by! Easy to get to the theatre and a lovely walk there !

Nicki and her husband were absolutely lovely to stay with, very kind and considerate. Lovely to chat with but also respectful of privacy too! Accommodation is lovely close to a train station and a 15 mins walk from the Northcott, or a 15 mins walk into town. Supermarket is a 3 min walk away. Highly recommend!

Nicki was so friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and had everything I needed. Very comfy bed and tea/coffee provided in room. Great location close to town centre.

Lovely big bright room with everything you need and a good location for the centre I thought.
Very friendly and helpful. Nicki sorted one small problem very quickly and the complementary kitkats kept being restocked which was great for my coming in late every evening!

Thank you! I am looking for a reason to work down in Exeter again so I can stay there!

A really lovely place to stay while working at the Northcott. Very close to Exeter Central, really lovely huge room with kettle and comfy bed. Nikki and Bob were so friendly, kind, and accommodating. Will definitely stay again if I’m back in Exeter.

The house is very beautiful and taken care of with love. The hosts are friendly and nice. The bed is comfortable and the room is big. I ended up walking to the theatre (15-20 min walk). All the best!

I had a lovely stay at Nickis house! The room was so cozy with a lovely big bed and complimentary tea/coffee and snacks. It was a little far from the theatre but provided a brisk walk in the mornings! Nicki let me use her oven and was very friendly.
