Large double room close to city centre in an attractive area of Bristol (Bristol)

This is a large airy room with a double bed. Newly decorated in neutral colours, its on a quiet street in Cliftonwood a desirable area of Bristol.

It is close to The Hippodrome, and The Old Vic on this side of the river and The Tobacco Factory on the other side of the river. Its about a 20 minute walk to all 3 of the theatres. Our house is part of the iconic coloured streets in Bristol high up overlooking the harbour, the old dock area and beyond.

Its a quiet house but my husband and I both work from home, my son is a mature student at Bristol Uni. We have a dog and a cat both very friendly.

As are we! The lodger has their own fridge (not in the room) and use of the kitchen except between the hours of 5.30pm and 7.30pm when we will be cooking and eating our family meal.

The room has a walk-in cupboard area, chest of drawers, mirror, sofa and a small table and chair. There is a bathroom and shower room on the same floor. The house has 2 showers and 2 toilets and a small garden at the back.

There are no additional costs involved. We have been accommodating lodgers on and off for around 18 years. Our only request is that you be quiet and respectful.
