1 large double room with private bathroom including bath and shower, on the top floor of a three story unique style new-build home. Full use of the large kitchen and cosy living rooms.
The house is safely tucked away off a quiet community area with many leafy walks around.
We're in walking distance of East Riding Theatre, and Beverley train station for connections to: Hull (Hull Truck Theatre, Hull New Theatre), Bridlington (Bridlington Spa) and Scarborough (Joseph Rowntree Theatre). As well as buses between York and Hull.
Guest Parking
Visitor parking available outside the house (free) and plenty of street parking too.
The Area and Transport
A quiet area of Beverley, with a short walk to cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.
An 18 minute walk to East Riding Theatre (ERT) Beverley.
Trains:
Only a 15 minute walk to Beverley train station with easy travel to:
- Hull (20 minute train journey and 5 minute walk to Hull Truck Theatre)
- Bridlington (32 minutes train journey)
- Scarborough (1 hour train journey)
Buses to:
- Pocklington (1 hour to Pocklington Arts Centre)
- Hull (50 minutes to Hull New Theatre)

The kitchen, utility room and living room are on the ground floor for shared use. There is also a good size garden and patio.

The first floor is our private bedroom, ensuite and home office. These are not for guest use.

Fantastic place with lovely hosts. Big room, bathroom right next door. Very responsive and welcoming guests. Two lovely dogs and a cat as well! I would certainly return.
