Perfect for me - nice and handy for the city, bathroom right next door, use of kitchen and living/dining room to myself. Everything I need to chill after a long day at work and Jayne was the perfect host. A very comfortable stay. Will definitely return.

Really lovely stay with Jayne in Birmingham. A 15 minute drive to the Alexandra and Hippodrome. Used the Arcadian Centre car park in town. Would definitely stay again, thanks so much for having me!

A lovely room in a lovely home with a brilliant host. Jayne was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Very clean home, a relaxed atmosphere and great to return to in the evening. Situated in a very nice area, very short walk to the bus routes into the centre of Birmingham. All in all, a great place to stay and highly recommended. Thank you Jayne.

I had a lovely and comfortable two-night stay at Jayne's home, in the single room. My schedule was very hectic so didn't get a chance to use the kitchen but enjoyed having a large TV in my room. Hot water in the shower was nice and warm. Harborne is a pleasant area of Birmingham with coffee shops and bars along the high street and easy bus journeys to and from the city centre. Recommended.

It’s easy to get to the theatre via bus/uber, or if you want to walk it it’s a nice walk. Really welcoming host, very comfortable room. It was lovely

A really lovely, warm room and bathroom (that wasn't shared at the time). I was only there for a night, but Jayne was friendly and accommodating. Her house is in a nice neighbourhood and close to public transport.

I had a wonderful stay at Jayne’s house. I was in the smaller room but had everything I needed. Really easy to get into town on the bus and also free parking outside so plenty options. Jayne was really helpful and answered any queries I had. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

A nice comfortable room, I thought the distance from the theatre would be difficult but it's a 20 minute bus into town with several buses going that way. Had a lovely time, would definitely recommend.

Lovely accommodation in a quiet area of Harborne, very easy direct bus link to the city centre. Jayne is a wonderfully friendly and accommodating host and her house is clean, spacious and cosy; would thoroughly recommend!

Genuinely amazing stay. The single room is still very spacious. Convenient bus routes (Uber only about £6 each way). Had a lovely stay!

Great communication and nice host. Harborne High St 10 mins walk and Brum 30 mins on the bus. Everything you need and comfortable. Can’t go wrong for the price!

Jayne was a welcoming host and the rooms were a good size, with my friend and I sharing a bathroom between us. Quite far from the theatre, but there was parking outside so we were able to drive in to work.

Superb Digs! Jayne is super nice and helpful. The very large room facing the garden is calm and quiet. The area is gorgeous , it feels like being in a different world. Though it may seem a bit far out, buses 23/24 are frequent and reliable.

Lovely area of B’ham with easy bus routes to the Hippodrome- every 30 mins till midnight for after shows too.
Jayne was easy to communicate with and made me feel very comfortable.

I loved staying in Jayne’s house. She and I got on very well and I adored cooking in her gorgeous kitchen. I found the bed very comfortable indeed and the view of the garden in Autumn was stunning. The area, Harborn, is splendid.

Second stay at these lovely digs. They are not the closest to the city centre, but if you don't mind a 3 mile walk (which I'm more than happy with) then it's fine. However, it's also an easy drive into town. Jayne is a friendly host.
