Large Double Bedroom (Portsmouth)

I live in a small, neat terrace property in Portsmouth. There are 2 large bedrooms (1 is for rent). I'm happy for you to share the lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooker and hob.
The bathroom is on the ground floor and has an over bath shower.
I have a large TV with Prime and Netflix. There is broadband.
The small walled garden has a patio and lawn. It's a real suntrap with mature shrubs and wall mounted flower pots.
The bedroom for rent is furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. I can supply bedding and towels.
The house is on quiet residential street with onstreet parking only. Close by are local shops and several large supermarkets as well as a petrol station and takeaways. It is a 3 minute walk to several bus routes and 15 minute drive to M27.
The King's Theatre and New Theatre Royal are both about a 15 minute drive away. Chichester Theatre is a 30 minute drive. The Mayflower Theatre is a 50 minute drive. Fernham Hall is about a 20 minute drive.
I like to have a chat and would be happy to listen to what's going on for you. I work part time but regularly see friends and family. I keep the house neat and clean, so would like anyone visiting to contribute to keeping the place that way. There is a cat living here, coming and going as she pleases. I like to think it's quiet, calm and friendly here. Looking forward to meeting you.
