Living with Host

What does this mean?

A beautiful home with three bedrooms fully equipped kitchen with living and dining room. Front and back garden. Downstairs toilet and upstairs 4 piece bathroom.
The guest will have the largest bedroom with wardrobe and a set of drawers. Full access to the rest of the house to enjoy and relax, the bedroom is not overlooked it backs onto woodland. The house is kept warm and very clean at all times. I have a small gorgeous friendly dog who loves people, he gets on well with other dogs. Because of this I can offer guests the added value of being able to bring their dog with them, for an extra cost I'm happy to mind their dog while they work.

There is on road parking outside of the house. The area is very safe and well lit.

The Area and Transport

Woolton village is beautiful leafy and vibrant with great transport links to Liverpool City centre. There are 5 beautiful parks in walking distance. It's a 5 minute drive to the M62 and M57. The area is very quiet and peaceful, there are local shops within a 4 minute walk, plus three bars and restaurants.The bus stops are between a 2 -4 minute walk away to get Liverpool city centre and The Shakespeare North in Prescot.

This space is shared with 1 Host.

I live alone with my dog, a guest will have access the whole house apart from my personal bedroom. There is a lock on the bedroom door, the bathroom would be shared. There's a large shower and a big bath for a long soak. Nice fluffy towels will be provided and the use of any cosmetics will offered i.e shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Feel free to get culinary in the kitchen and whip up great recipes, there's plenty of space to cook and store food. There's a garage for those who have a bike.

Smoking only outdoors, there are recycle bins to be used and shoes are not to be worn upstairs. The host is very easy going and not strict with do's and don'ts. Dogs can stay over at an extra cost of £20 per evening. The host is happy to walk your dog when your out.

Staying with Samantha was an utter delight, I immediately felt right at home with her and her little dog Jasper, her place is warm, clean and spacious - the room itself is huge with a lovely bed, highly recommend!
