What does this mean?

Large double bedroom and use of living room which is exclusively yours to use when you are at home (hosts have use of this space when guests are out) in three bed semi detached house. Shared kitchen, bathroom and use of large garden area with Log Cabin which can be used for song and script practice and self taping for auditions.
Walking distance to transport, shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaway outlets

Semi detached house in walking distance to shops ,restaurants and a variety of takeaway food outlets. There is also a local Cinema and Gym
It takes around a 15 to 20 minute drive to Birmingham city Centre and 35 minutes by bus
We are situated just a seven minute drive from junction 3 of the M5. There is access to many beauty spots including the Licky and Clent Hills.
Situated close to Harborne you have a further choice of pubs and restaurants and a Swimming Pool and gym.

Bathroom is shared with hosts and locks on the inside.
Guests living room is exclusive to you when you are in but may be used by the host at odd times when you are out with your permission.
You may also use our cabin at the end of the garden if you need to practice songs or self tape. Just ask us if it is free.
Kitchen and entrance hall is shared with the hosts

Leave rooms in a clean state with any rubbish and laundry placed in black bags provided.
