large double attic with en-suite rainshower (Sheffield)

I live in a beautiful victorian terrace just off Ecclesall road - a vibrant area full of cafe's and bars with several excellent bus routes only ten minutes into the centre of Sheffield. The botanical gardens are at the top of my road.

I am an artist and have a large studio at home where I host print-making and other sessions. The house has a large comfortable living room, dining room and a large kitchen.

The kitchen is well-used as I love to cook and entertain. The house has three bathrooms. The attic has a separate stairwell and is a large double room with stunning views over Sheffield.

There is a modern en-suite and the room is very private and comfortable with two sunny velux windows which also have blackout blinds.
