What does this mean?

A large semi detached house in Huyton/Roby with great transport links to Liverpool city centre and theatres, as well as Shakespeare North Playhouse in Prescot. Roby train station and Broadgreen train station are both 1 mile away from the house which is an easy walk or a very short taxi ride. The number 15 bus takes you straight into Liverpool City Centre. There is a bus directly outside the house that takes you to right in front of the Shakespeare North Playhouse in Prescot.

There are large communal spaces with a great kitchen/dining room for cooking.

WiFi throughout the house is included. There is a garden outside with a large garage that is secure which could house a bike/car if needed.

I don’t smoke and never have but I don’t mind if people have the occasional cigarette outside in the garden.
I am quite busy through the week. I have recently changed my job and work from home a few days a week. I like to get out and exercise through the week, running early morning, and of weekend, yoga etc.
During the week I am pretty relaxed and will often spend a bit of time watching tv or catching up with friends for dinner.

Weekends I do like to go out and socialise a bit more in Manchester or Liverpool.

Such a great room and Jenny was very accommodating. Great communication, good kitchen and really friendly. I was there for 8 weeks and so pleased I chose it for our show in Shakespeare North. Thank you Jenny! I'd stay again! There is a bus that goes right outside the house to the theatre which is great for day times but not great coming back you have to get a different bus with a walk - or buy a bike! Great experience otherwise!
