Living with Host

What does this mean?

You have the exclusive use of a bathroom right next to your room. You are welcome to make tea, coffee etc and use the microwave in my kitchen. There is also a patio to the rear of the property if you wish to sit outside. Behind me there are some nice country walks

Guest Parking

I do have a visitor permit but visitor parking is a short distance from my property not right outside.

The Area and Transport

My apartment is in a quiet complex but is just a short walk from the bus station - 10 minutes if that. Moreover it is on the route for the hospital and there is a regular bus service - the no.25 from A3 stand at the bus station. The bus station itself is the start of the new part of Canterbury, Whitefriars the main shopping area for chain stores, banks, and 2 food stores - Tesco and M & S

I have a life of my own so I need to know what time you want to arrive. You will have your own key so I would appreciate quietness if you come in late at night. Please put all lights off when you retire. Don't let my ragdoll cat outside please. Timing of check in and out are flexible to suit you

Miriam and her beautiful cats are the perfect hosts; the accommodation is spotless and spacious whilst remaining homely. Grand location for working in Canterbury centre. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and I hope to return 🫶

Miriam is a lovely and attentive host. I really enjoyed staying here...the room is big and cool, comfy bed, excellent shower, and the two cats, Maya and Georgie are delightful and very friendly. Bonus was the allocated parking place in a private area,and the car is easily viewable from the room. Thanks again for having me Miriam, and pussycats... I'll be back!

Really great digs, the room is big, bed comfortable, parking easily accessible and can see the car from the room. Easy 20 min walk to the theatre. Miriam is a lovely, welcoming host. Would love to stay again when next in Canterbury.
