What does this mean?

Large bright double en-Suite room with blackout blinds, for one guest only, in beautiful spacious 2nd floor flat ( no lift). Food storage and fridge space provided, kitchen can be used for eating and preparing meals. In safe quiet central location.
Pet friendly and access to piano. Please note that during the Edinburgh Festival I only take bookings for the entire duration of the festival I.e 28 days. Towels, hair dryer and use of washing machine provided.

Guest Parking

Free parking only a 10 min walk away. Drop your bags then park for free on or around Kilgraston Road for the duration of your stay.

The Area and Transport

Centrally located flat in the lovely area of Marchmont. 2 min walk to nearest supermarket and coffee shops. Ideally located for either walking or public transport to Festival Theatre, Playhouse, Queens Hall, Lyceum Theatre or Usher Hall.
"For all bookings from 24th July 2026 there will be an additional Edinburgh Council Visitor Levy of 5% on these current prices."

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The room is cozy, spacious and clean with a private en suite and shower. Mhorag was the perfect host, there to welcome me and show me all the amenities and very warm and friendly. You have access to everything you need for cooking and meal prep. I felt completely at ease to come and go as I needed around a hectic show schedule and the area of town is gorgeous and only a 20 min walk to the Festival Theatre. Would highly recommend!
