What does this mean?

Large sunny attic room in lovely end terrace house. Room has a double bed, sitting room area with sofa and desk, lovely light ensuite with shower, toilet, sink etc. Room has TV, wifi and tea/ coffee making facilities. Garden at the front. Shared use of kitchen with cupboard space and space in fridge for guest's food.

Direct bus route to town takes about 10 minutes. 20 minutes walk to Northern Stage, 25/ 30 minutes to Theatre Royal.

Shops at the end of the road including FAB Bakery for wonderful cakes and bread.

No smoking.

On street parking available.

The Area and Transport

Good regular bus service to and from town (10 minutes) with stops close to theatres, walking distance to both theatres (20 minutes), safe residential area. Great bakery at end of street open Weds- Saturday.

Fabulous digs not far from work. Imogen was really welcoming, kind and very responsive. The digs were very clean and comfortable, plenty of space and I would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

I had such a wonderful stay. Thank you Imogen. A very beautiful and peaceful home with an excellent bakery round the corner. A nice but not too long distance from the centre.
