What does this mean?

Top floor light and spacious bedroom with your own private large lounge ,toilet & wash basin .you have your own shower ( which is located on the ground floor through the kitchen)

Full use of the kitchen ,
there is a table top fridge , microwave , toaster and kettle , iron & ironing board in your lounge. - use of washing machine and garden.

Guest Parking

There is a free parking space outside the house

The Area and Transport

There is a free car park space on the drive and the buses run every 10 minutes into town to - approx 3 minute walk away !
Leicester city centre is just under 2 miles away so easily walkable - 40 minute walk to The Curve theatre ( door to door) from me.
There’s a little Tesco about 0.75 Miles away, a garage (5 min walk) that sells basics.
Western Park is across the road and great to walk or run around and Braunstone Park is about a 5 minute walk up the road too as is the leisure centre

Stayed here for a second time and it was equally as lovely! Really beautiful house and lots of space. Very homely and Kate and her son Myles are so welcoming!

Kate is very accommodating, and I had a lovely stay. The accommodation itself is great and, as stated, is very private. Easy transport links to Curve.
