I have a 'larger than average' attic room to rent in my lovely 3 bedroomed house. The room is a well decorated, light room with 2 black out blinds. You would have use of a shared kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room. Do check out the photos attached.
I am a semi retired NHS professional who appreciates and enjoys the arts and the outdoors. I am a big fan of contemporary dance, ballet and musicals, attending the theatre in Sheffield and London whenever possible.
The house is conveniently situated close to the Malin Bridge tram stop for quick access to the city centre and theatres (15mins) Train station 20mins. The last tram to Malin Bridge is 12.15am
There is a large supermarket and numerous cafes within walking distance.
The house is also within walking distance of green space Rivelin Valley/Loxley Common.
