The attic room has black out blinds. It is a spacious well lit room with a desk and chair, along with an arm chair.
Guests will have access to the kitchen and dinning room. Space will be given for food storage including space in the fridge. There is also access to a sunny garden.

Parking is on the road infront of the house only.
The Area and Transport
House is in a great location with easy access to high street shops, cafes and pubs in Hillsborough. There is a large supermarket 10 minutes walk. City centre (15 minutes) and railway station ( 20 minutes) via tram, Ealing Bridge tram stop only a 3 minute walk.
The Rivelin Valley is a local green area offering ideal for walking and running.
