Liverpool city centre is approximately 2 miles away. St Michael's train station is around a 10-minute walk, with regular services to Liverpool Central and Moorfields in around 10 minutes. Frequent bus services from nearby Aigburth Road provide easy access to the city centre and surrounding areas.
Liverpool's major theatres are all within easy reach, including the Everyman, Playhouse, Royal Court and Empire theatres, all reachable in around 10–20 minutes by public transport or 5-10 minutes by taxi. The M&S Bank Arena and Exhibition Centre Liverpool are also conveniently located nearby.
