Large, bright loft room in Victorian semi about 20 minutes walk from the Theatre Royal. This peaceful, self-contained space includes small fridge, microwave and kettle in the room (full use of kitchen not available). Local bakery, take-away coffee and Co-op 2 minutes away.
Comfortable double bed, wifi, and en-suite with power shower.

Sarah is a BRILLIANT host with a lovely, spacious loft room in close proximity (-20 mins walk) from the theatre. All very accessible and very clean! Sarah is very knowledgable about the area and recommended some brilliant walks and next time we will do some piano duets at long last! Thank you again!!!

Sarah was so welcoming and the room was lovely - really spacious and open, and with plenty of amenities.
About 15-20 minutes walk to the theatre, depending on what route you take - the shorter path does involve a quite steep set of steps leading up from the nearby park, but it’s a really pleasant walk.
Bud is also a lovely dog, just a bit excitable - which was fine for me but worth keeping in mind if you’re not a dog person!
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience though, thanks Sarah!

Overall I enjoyed my stay - the attic room was excellent with a lovely en-suite shower room. Even with my long legs it was a good 30 minute walk to the venue regardless of the route taken! There are buses/taxis available. Sally has a small dog which I don’t recall being mentioned (I’m an animal lover so not an issue for me) which might be an issue for some. You need to give front door a good tug when exiting!! Ask for a tutorial when you arrive.

I loved my stay with Sarah. The room was cosy and welcoming during 12 show weeks and there's a great little coffee shop and a co-op right by the house. Sarah was kind, thoughtful and chatty and I'd definitely stay there again, without question.

Lovely place. In fact maybe my fave room on the tour so far. Super comfy bed (though being clumsy, I did bang my head on the exposed beams more than once! So, if youre as clumsy as me: be warned!) Sarah is lovely too. Thought we barely saw each other. The walk into town is fairly short. Takes about 20 mins tops!

Sarah's home is a wonderful Theatre Digs. The loft room is spacious and comfortable and Sarah and Bud (the dog) are great hosts. An easy walk to the theatre through the local park. Would love to stay here again if Plymouth comes a calling.

Nice bright top-floor room with a handy en-suite bathroom, an easy enough walk to the Theatre Royal (about 20/25 minutes) - having Bud the dog in the house was a bonus as well!

Great space, comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities and good shower in the en suite. Ideal digs for Plymouth and Sarah is a welcoming host. Wish I’d seen more of Bud the dog but, otherwise, terrific digs for TRP.

Sarah is a great host, very good chat and accommodating. The room is spacious, private and bright, with an ensuite, desk and minifridge, and it's only 20mins away from TRP with shops and cafes nearby.A great find, I will definitely book here again :)

Sarah has a lovely home around a 20 min walk from Theatre Royal. The room is a great size, with ensuite bathroom, and she also kindly provided tea and coffee. It is in a quiet residential area as well. A lovely host, would definitely stay here again

I stayed with Sarah for a month. I really enjoyed it; Sarah was a great landlady, the room was spacious and light, and it was only a 30 minute walk from a sea swim. Would definitely book to stay here again.

Staying with Sarah was lovely. The room has alot of space & a bathroom tops it off. Comfortable and clean. It's a nice walk into town however I stayed when the weather was bad so drove alot. it was a long walk in very bad weather. Would stay again!
