I have two 2 bedroom apartments (and a couple of studio flats) across the road from the Kings Theatre. These are the closest digs available anywhere! Also 20 minutes walk to Festival Theatre and 30 minutes walk to Playhouse.

Both flats have super king beds in the main bedroom then one has a double and the other has a single bed. Both have modern shower rooms. Separate living/dining room (not attached to kitchen).

Fully equipped. Parking may be available. Free wifi.

Require £200 damage deposit along with either 50% of first week's payment or 1 week payment for longer bookings immediately upon booking with balance due no later than the day before arrival. Access can't be arranged untill payment is received. Different payment terms can be accommodated for stays longer than a week.

Great accommodations, fantastic communication, and much needed parking spaces. Lisa is easy to liaise with. The living room and kitchen facilities are great. The flat was only a 25 minute walk for me and my colleague to get to The Playhouse (or £6.50 in a taxi). We would definitely stay here again.
