A lovely room with 2 single beds in a loft conversion with private toilet and sink. It overlooks the back garden and has a a lovely view at the front of the White horse at Kilburn. It is a 4 bedroomed house with use of the kitchen and living area. Good WI-FI, and central heating. Shared bathroom with a bath and shower with myself. Complimentary tea and coffee, and toast

Nice safe area near to the University of York. 20 minutes walk to town and also on a number of bus routes. 20 minutes to the York Opera House and 30 to The Theatre Royal, minimum 2 night stay
