Living with Host
The property is a two bedroom end of terrace house with a spacious, light, airy second bedroom for your stay. It has an extremely comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, storage and a desk. The bathroom is a lovely size and very light with a great size bath and seperate shower. There is a spiral staircase leading up and down to a really spacious kitchen with a five burner gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer and a washing dryer. It's great for relaxing and cooking and you will be more than welcome to use this as much as you want. The kitchen leads onto a small ish courtyard garden which gets the sun during the day. It is very private and not overlooked. There is a large lounge and dining area with a TV and a piano! You are very welcome to use this space as well. It's a lovely house with a very relaxed feel.
Guest Parking
There is on-road parking free with visitor permits which I will provide.
The Area and Transport
Inner Avenue is a lovely part of Southampton, close to London Road with local shops, cafes and food outlets. It is also a short walk to The Common, a beautiful, large open space, with a pub, Park Yoga and Park Run. Transport links are great and it's a ten/fifteen walk to Mayflower & MAST Theatres. There is a wonderful local pub with a garden round the corner, which is popular with local residents.

Your bedroom will be private. The bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining space are shared. I work as a drama teacher so out from early til quite late and will give you as much privacy as you need if you want to relax on your own after a show. I'm out quite a lot so it will feel very private.
