Hymers Apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom forst floor apartment in a modern built area located at a quiet cul-de-sac.

Our apartment has recently been renovated and refurbished to an excellent comfortable standard and comes with a variety of new appliances. It is located just 1 mile from the city centre and only a 5-10 min walk away from Hull’s Princess Avenue areas, which have enjoyed somewhat of a renaissance over the last few years with many café/bars and eateries on offer.

The apartment has a double bedroom,bathroom, a separate kitchen and lounge and has the added benefit of access to a shared rear garden giving a real homely atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi is included as in all our apartments on offer as well as complimentary tea , coffee and toiletries.

Comes with access to the whole first floor apartment and enjoys garden space to the rear of the property.
