Recently refurbished with new look kitchen inc vinly flooring. Whole apartment new thicker carpet & underlay. Apartment freshened up with paint and a new bathroom fitted with a shower replacing the bath.
New modern digitasl electric heaters added aswell!

There is free private secure parking to the rear of the building.
It is a good sized apartment with Wifi, a fully equipped kitchen including a dish washer and a washer dryer in a modern open plan kitchen area/lounge.
The apartment has electric heating in all rooms.
It is located within 5 to 10 minutes walk of all city centre amenities and hull Paragon Stn.

Great location with secure parking, comfy beds and helpful hosts. Sadly the apartment felt neglected: strong drain smells in kitchen and bathroom (despite our attempts to fix), a lingering very bad odour in the bathroom that no amount of air freshener could mask, and condom wrappers left in the bedroom. The kitchen is poorly equipped, and the freezer is frozen over and unusable. With a deep clean and refresh it could be lovely again, but as it stands, it wasn’t the most pleasant stay.
