Simon was a great host for me and my friend. The flat is a lovely little walk to Hull New Theatre and is close to the town centre. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect digs for the week - amazing location! Second bedroom could do with some more storage/drawer space but apart from that would recommend for anyone working at the New Theatre!

An excellent stay - great location and amenities etc., and Simon was very communicative. The mattress wasn't the comfiest, but it certainly didn't ruin my stay!

Location is great, we had a few problems with the apartment however Simon replied and remedied them quickly. The second bedroom is very small but big open communal space.

Warm & quiet digs in a nice part of Hull. Busy at weekends but can't hear any of it. Great communication with Simon, very responsive. Second bedroom is a bit small, walls a little worn looking but communal area spacious and good washing machine.

Great apartment, very clean, had all we needed. Host was great and very helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. 13 min walk from the theatre. Would definitely stay again. Great digs
