This lovely home will provide a comfortable stay whether your visiting with your family or working in the Hull & East Riding area.

The property boasts 3 stylish bedrooms 2 king & 1 double beautifully decorated, 1 bedroom locate on the ground floor.
Personal touches have been added to improve your stay with a TV in the master bedroom. bedside lamps a large wardrobe, a clothes rack and a generous area for office space.

BATHROOM
This is modern and spacious locate on the first floor with a sizable bath and shower on top.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances including dishwashers, wash machines, an oven within the area theirs ample storage space.
Cleaning supplies and bin bags will be provided .

GARDEN
The house has a fully fenced private garden easy accessible from the kitchen. Its a safe enclosed area where children can play and a table with chairs to relax.

PARKING
Room for 2 cars at the property on the driveway for private parking.
