Simon is really helpful, flat close to the theatre. However it’s really really dark and just not feeling warm and nice. The bathroom seems a bit strange and the floor looks cheap….kitchen to dark too and living room smells like cigarettes since day one. Bedroom is nice.

I recently enjoyed a splendid stay here, ideally located a stone's throw from the stage door. The flat is equipped with a large TV, perfect for relaxing post-performance. Communication with the host was seamless, contributing to a hassle-free experience. The springy mattress adds a quaint touch, and with a bit more TLC, the place would shine even brighter. It's a delightful haven for theatre professionals. Highly Recommend.

Loved my stay here in Hull. Was a great treat to have an apartment to myself, and it had everything you needed inside. It was a 5 minute walk to the theatre which was great, but is situated between a strip club and casino. I always felt safe, and had no trouble but always good to keep your wits about you when walking back at night.
Would definitely book again if I’m ever in Hull.

Great location for the New Theatre. Excellent parking. Large, modern apartment. Simon was very good at communicating. The apartment was not cold, but I had trouble understanding the thermostat. YouTube it. Would definitely stay again.

Nice digs in a really good location - good sized flat with big living space and bedroom, and excellent secure parking. Only downsides were that it was quite dirty when I moved in, and in summer the rooms get incredibly hot, but otherwise all good.
