What does this mean?

You’ll be staying in a cosy double room with a wardrobe. You’ll have full access to the kitchen and living room, plus a washer/dryer. The bathroom is located downstairs. There is also a back garden to sit and relax during warmer months.

Guest Parking

There is paid on street parking, but also some free parking 2 min walk from the house

Welcome to our warm and character-filled home in Dublin 8, a peaceful corner of the city with a quiet, friendly neighbourhood atmosphere.
We both work in the arts, so we understand how demanding shows and rehearsals can be, this is your place to unwind, recharge, and feel completely at home.
It’s a cosy base close enough to the city centre to enjoy Dublin on your days off.

you can easily reach all of Dublin’s major theatres, Smock Alley, Abbey, Gaiety, and the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre. whether you prefer a pleasant walk, a short bus ride. Smock Alley and the Gaiety are about 15-20 minutes on foot, while the Abbey and Bord Gáis are roughly 25-30 minutes away or 15–20 minutes by public transport.

*ideally we are looking for a longer stays between Feb-April.

Lauren and Stephen were wonderful hosts, very accomodating. Room was a perfect size. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Really easy to get into the city and the location is super ideal. Highly recommend!
