Living with Host
The room is clean and bright within a spacious, two bedroom flat.
You will be sharing the flat with the host (and two little Guinea Pigs), but due to the layout of the flat you have plenty of privacy. You are very welcome to make full use of the kitchen and living room areas. Tea and coffee is included on a help yourself basis. WiFi is available throughout the flat.
The flat is on the second floor of the building - there is no lift, so 4 flights of stairs. The flat itself holds a spacious kitchen and adjoining living room. The bedroom is located at the back of the property next to the bathroom. You will be sharing the bathroom with the host.
Guest Parking
There is paid street parking all around. I can provide you with a visitor permit that lasts for 24 hours (£6).
The Area and Transport
Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home on the border of Brighton and Hove. A stone’s throw from the seafront, you can see the i360 from the bedroom window.
Being in the centre of Brighton and Hove, you can explore everywhere by foot or bus. The flat is situated a 5 minute walk from the beach, a 10 minute walk to Brighton shopping centre; Churchill Square, and a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to Hove’s high street; George Street. Similarly, Hove and Brighton train stations are a 20 minute walk in each direction, East or West, with great links to Gatwick and London.
