Living with Host

What does this mean?

A safe and welcoming family home, myself and my two adult sons live here with our pets, Mabel, Edith and Lord Gertrude.

There is plenty of public transport, however, the Floral Pavilion is a beautiful walk should you prefer.

Your room is cozy, the bed and bedding is excellent quality and is in a secluded area of the house allowing a peaceful sleep.

Your privacy is respected, and you are welcome to come and go as you please, or join in for a chat and company…You decide.

We are a drama free household that guests feel welcomed and safe.

Guest Parking

Plenty of free on street parking outside the house.

The Area and Transport

Bus stop is 300 yards from our front door, and concludes by Morrisons on the stretch the Floral Pavilion is located.

The train is a 10-15 minute walk, and has a regular service to Liverpool taking approximately 20 minutes.

Good taxi services operate in the area.

This space is shared with 1 Host and 2 other permanent tenants.

Your bedroom door has a privacy lock. Full size wardrobe outside of your door. Drawers and storage. There is a smart Tv, radio/bluetooth speaker & mirror.
There is a shared bathroom with bath and a shower cubicle. Privacy lock.

Shared kitchen with dining area and open plan seating area. You are welcome to cook, use all equipment and store your food in your own cupboard.
We have ovens, hob, air frier, toaster kettle, coffee percolator, steamer, slow cooker, George Foreman and chopping/mixing devices. TV/radio/bluetooth speaker.

The front living room is where we normally sit, you are welcome to join us.

Downstairs toilet. Privacy lock.

You are welcome to our home, feel free to join us anytime and you will be treated as one of the family.
Or find your own space and enjoy your privacy, watch TV of your choosing, read a book or have a coffee with friends.

Other rules

We have 2 dogs and a cat. Please don’t let them persuade you that they are allowed in the bedrooms they are not.

Mabel has diabetes, and Edith is too curvy, please do not feed either dog unless you ask me prior. Just to ensure they are able to have a snack. Both dogs will pinch food if you leave it unattended as they believe we are starving them on their diets. Do not believe their pleas 🤣.

Stayed for 6 weeks and had the absolute best time. Really cosy and welcoming. On a bit of a problematic contract and Rachel and the whole family were so lovely and helpful throughout. Had me round for Christmas and were always there if I needed an ear. Lovely stay overall x
