I'm offering one room in my two bedroom apartment in the heart of the commercial district in the city. Situated in the The Albany, a grade II listed building, you'll be able to stay in a beautiful historic site and one of the most unique places to stay in Liverpool. The flat is well maintained and decorated with a plethora of stunning artwork, including a mural that wraps around the entire hallway and entryway.
The apartment is across two floors. The open plan living space, kitchen, dining area and balcony are on the first floor, the two bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the lower level. You have access to all amenities, including the washer and dyer due to electricity usage, you'd only be able to put them on certain times of the day.
Guests will have access to their own bathroom, guest room and the open plan living area. The bed in the guest bedroom folds out into a King size bed - perfect for two people. Free parking is no longer available from mid September.
As I tend to travel a lot (esp on weekends) and work outside of the home, you'll most likely have the place to yourself. The location is central and is 1 min walk away from two supermarkets, a Pret a Manger and a Starbucks and several restaurants. Lime street station is a 15 mins walk away and a 20 min walk away from Everyman Theatre. The Albany has a 24/7 concierge service and the office will be able to help with any needs should I be away or if you encounter any issues.
Check in is from 2pm and check out is noon. If you need to come earlier or later from that period, please let me know and we can negotiate.
