What does this mean?

Own en suite bathroom. Bedroom also has blackout curtains. Full use of kitchen and living areas. Quiet area, large semi-detached house to share with theatre-friendly couple, having worked in the industry for many years. Also Bertie the cat (though he's not in showbiz). Huge garden with spacious kitchen/diner.

Guest Parking

Free street parking. Eastbourne is a pretty laid back sort of place :)

Large double room with en suite shower, sink and lavatory.

Safe, quiet suburban area. Though that's basically most of Eastbourne!

Less than 10 mins walk to the beach. Free street parking, 2 mins to bus stop, or 30 mins walk along seafront to theatres. Local shops: 5 mins walk.

Lovely room in Eastbourne - Quiet street and a short walk to the sea front. 20mins walk to the congress along the seafront absolutely lovely.
Tennis courts less than 10 min walk away which were free which was so lovely in the sun!
Avin and Nicola were very welcoming and a good chat (in the brief times I saw them!).
Would stay here again!
