Both rooms come with fully made beds, desks and wardrobes. Towels supplied. In walking distance to shops and theatre

This is a friendly household, perfect to make your own during your stay. You can expect total privacy but I am always available if required.
Its in a beautiful natural conservation area surrounded by trees, nature, and a wonderful group of neighbours.
Walking distance to supermarkets (Lidl, and Iceland) multiple takeaways and a few pubs!
All facilties are available in the kitchen.
And it is walking distance to the city centre and theatre or on a direct bus route.

I have a beautiful garden which is quiet and relaxing great for reading a book on a relaxed day off!
A lovely kitchen and relaxing living room with two large arm chairs an a triple sofa.
A large bathroom which has just been redone with a walk in shower and a smaller one downstairs!

Brenda is a lovely individual. She had a beautiful home and is a thoughtful and caring host. She put out some breakfast for me before I went to work so it was easy to get out the door quick for work. Would stay again.

Staying with Brenda was an absolute pleasure. She is kind warm hearted and ensured that my stay was easy and most comfortable. Going the extra mile to make sure I had access to all I could need. I appreciated the chats in her lovely Garden and morning brews. You would be lucky to meet and stay with Brenda. Couldn’t recommend her Digs enough. Thank you Brenda

Brenda's place was a perfect place to stay! Brenda is a warm, welcoming and generous host and made me feel very comfortable - she's always up for a cuppa and chat but also respects guest's privacy and space too. The room was cosy and it was great to have full use of the kitchen and other spaces in the house, including her wonderful garden. There's a big supermarket 5 mins away and the city centre was about 20 minute walk. Thank you Brenda!

What a lovely reception and stay at Brenda's. A little far from the Belgrade but not a bad walk in with a coffee on the way. Breakfast was just such a lovely touch and the room was super cosy, thank you!

Brenda is a wonderful host who is friendly and hospitable yet also gives you your own space. The breakfast she puts out each morning is a lovely extra, as are the two cats! The house is around a 30 minute walk from the centre or a short drive/bus journey and in a nice quiet area. Would reccomend to anyone staying in Coventry!

Barbara is an icon. Lovely lady to stay with, so welcoming and friendly, gives you a light breakfast which is such a sweet touch. Easy to get to the Belgrade from hers. Freddie the cat also lovely! Thanks Brenda! x

Brenda was delightful accommodating host . Very comfy bed in a lovely house .
It’s a nice 30 min walk in to the theatre however I wouldnt walk home late at night - but a taxi didn’t cost much .
Would stay again for sure

Brenda was a lovely host who helped me feel very comfortable in her home. She was having a birthday party the night I arrived (which she did pre-warn me about before I booked which I appreciated) and welcomed me in immediately amongst her friends. She also insisted I eat as much as I wanted and wouldn't let me go hungry. The room was very nice (slightly chilly but there is a spare duvet to layer up with) and the theatre is a 30 min walk away. A very wonderful person, would definitely stay again

Brenda was a lovely, lovely host and I had a wonderful stay. She made sure I had everything I needed, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and has a beautiful house! I also especially enjoyed spending time with Freddie and slowly making friends with the elusive Holly (usually when she wanted breakfast…) and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much, Brenda!

Brenda was the ideal host, welcoming me into her home and creating a relaxing environment to come home to after a full on days work! I would highly recommend staying here, a beautiful garden and fantastic downstairs loo!

Brenda and her garden and two cats are lovely. Very quiet, leafy green street, very restful. It’s a half hour walk or 15min bus ride to the Belgrade. It’s not spotless, but it’s very homey!

Brenda is the sweetest person I've ever stayed with! She really accommodates to you and is so welcoming and friendly. The house is about a 30 minute walk to theatre/town centre. I'd happily stay again :)

Brenda is a fantastic host, both friendly and kind. I had a lovely stay. The digs are close to the city centre about 30mins walk, there are plenty of buses into town (the bus stop is a 3minute walk away).

Brenda was an outstanding host, respected my privacy, friendly, had a wonderful breakfast set up for me each morning, helpful and a joy to be around. Brenda’s cats were also super friendly which is a huge plus! Will definitely be staying again 100%

Such a lovely host, incredibly accommodating. We had some lovely chats. I wish I could of stayed longer. She went out of her way to even supply breakfast and tea and cake which I wasn’t expecting. All round lovely digs. Nice walk to the theatre.
