What does this mean?

Welcome.
I have two comfy rooms. A spacious single and a double.

You also have separate guests sitting room, wipth a tv, to relax in.

The bathroom is shared, and there is a separate washroom with a second W.C.

You have full use of the kitchen; cooker, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge-freezer etc.

It's a non-smoking, pet-free, household, but you can smoke outside.

Guest Parking

Parking is on the road outside the house, and is free.

The Area and Transport

Colwyn Bay, is just over 4 miles from Venue Cymru, in Llandudno, and takes around 15 mins by road. There is also a train station here, which is a few minutes walk away from the house, and a regular bus service until 12 midnight from outside The Palladium, Llandudno.

Another stay with Pamela in her lovely house.The warm,bright immaculately clean room is peaceful and has a great comfy bed.Dont be put off by the distance from the theatre,a very regular bus service at the bottom of the road drops you opposite Venue Cymru in roughly 20 minutes and the buses run late at night too for the return journey.All in all a perfect stay again,thank you so much Pamela
