The bedroom only gets used by guest no one else it has blackout bli ds wifi in room towels changed every 3 days it has a shower over the bath shower gel tooth paste ect there if needed there is a double wardrobe with hanging space and drawers i fo check room to c if bin needs emptied snacks can be eaten i n bedroom but all food to be eaten in dining room they have full use of kitchen and if washing needs to be done I am more than happy to do some bottled water is supplied any problem i am more than happy to put it right if it is something they are not happy with

100% home from home. From the minute I set foot in the house I was made to feel welcome. Sadie went above and beyond to make my stay as warm and comfortable as possible. A perfect host xx

Adam is a polite young gentleman and a pleasure t have him stay anyone that has Adam staying with them will nt be disappointed he is welcome. back here anytime and Iona still looking g for him all the best i the future Adam
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Coventry. Sadie was warm, welcoming - like a second mammy in no time. The room was spotless and cosy, but it was the chats, laughs, and genuine care that made it special. She’s one of the kindest people I’ve met. If you’re working in the area and lucky enough to find space with her - grab it. You’ll be looked after like family.

Sadie was a wonderful host and I would very much recommend staying with her. Her and Iona treated me like family from the minute I arrived, and I received proper Scottish hospitality! The room was lovely and I had a short walk to the theatre. Thank you Sadie!!

Sadie is a fab host and very personable. Always up for a chat and fits the room out variety of snacks and drinks. Give or take 5 mins to the theatre with PureGym, Odeon and restaurants galore around. Would heavily reccomend.

Lovely place to stay. Really close to theatre. Great facilities. Sadie was a very attentive host going above and beyond. She made me lunches, made my bed and folded my clothes, changed my bin and replaced towels, all without me asking! Very warm house, which was a bit much for me at times. The house did also smell of smoke aside from the bedroom and bathroom. Lovely friendly dog also. No lock on bedroom or bathroom door but I didn't find this an issue as there was only two of us. Thanks Sadie!

Sorry about the smoke Hazel but no smoking is done in the lounge dining room the only place is a kitchen with the door open but if you had looked out your window u would have seen how much smoke comes out of the boiler and this always has been a problem so sorry if that bothered you but have given you the reason u should have said something me and u would have seen but no smoking is ever done anywhere except kitchen with door opened but thanks for ur review.
This is a real home from home. Sadie was so welcoming and friendly, and went out of her way to make this a comfortable stay.Even though we were opening our show, I slept like the proverbial log in her quiet room.
Only a few minutes walk to the Belgrade, it is ideally located in a quiet street.
When I next work in Cov, I will stay here.

The best place I could ever been.
It felt like home. the best hospitality in the country. 8/10 min from the theatre. Super clean. Gorgeous house and bedroom.

It definitely was a home away from home! Wonderfully comfortable room - Sadie really looked after me and made sure I had everything I needed and less than 10 minutes walk to the Belgrade. Perfect!

I had a great stay - i felt like i was back at home with my family, which is what you need on long tours. I will definitely ask to stay whenever am near coventry. Just an amazing kind soul who will help wherever possible. Thank you x

The loveliest digs I've come across. Sadie's house feels very much like a home which I felt more than welcome in - I was excited to come back from the theatre in the evenings to have a tea and a chat. Very comfortable and so close to the Belgrade.

This place is five stars on all counts, I just could smell cigarettes from somewhere while I was there which bothered me. I think it is a smoker friendly house so I could smell previous smokers! If you have a less smoke sensitive nose it is perfect.
