Studio flat on the lower ground floor, with large and airy windows onto the garden. There is a double bed, cosy seating, and a tv. Guests have full use of the kitchen and bathroom, which has a bath and a shower. It is in easy walking distance of all Eastbourne theatres.

There is on-street metered parking immediately outside, and free parking 10 minutes' walk away. There is also an NCP nearby.

The Area and Transport

Situated in Lower Meads. the flat is less than 5 minutes' walk from The Congress Theatre and The Devonshire Park Theatre. It is also 5 minutes from the seafront, and the town centre / station. Despite its central location, the road quiet, with very little traffic.

A truly lovely and comfortable place to stay in Eastbourne. 5 minutes to the beach and a stones throw from the theatres. Will hopefully return sometime soon.
