Living with Host
Beautiful house in the heart of historic Richmond offering either of two rooms: One Large King size with smart TV and one Twin room with smart TV overlooking the garden. In either rooms you can have 1 or 2 guests maximum. Full use of kitchen and living areas, which are extensive, and the garden is yours to enjoy. Set amongst woodlands right by Richmond Park. All mod cons and creature comforts so your stay is a home from home experience. The bathroom is right next to the rooms. The rooms are on the first floor.
Guest Parking
Parking for many cars on the premises. Private, Gated and locked. You can leave your car parked and jump on the excellent public transport. Please note the property is within The ULEZ Zone
The Area and Transport
Bus stops right outside and Richmond Station connecting the District Line Tube, The North London Line and South West fast trains in to Waterloo and Clapham Junction . The 371 bus runs between Richmond and Kington. The 65 is an all day/night bus that runs from Ealing Broadway to Kingston. Both run every few minutes. The Station and theatres are a few stops away on the bus or a delightful walk along Richmond Riverside. You can leave the car at the house and not have to worry about parking in Richmond or Kingston Centre. The famous Richmond Park is just opposite and the Riverside is a few minutes walk. The famous Petersham Nurseries is also just right by.

Full use of all living areas: The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cater to your own dietary needs. There is a very large living room with a big flat screen TV and a dining area to enjoy your meals. The garden is very big and you are welcome to enjoy it. The bathroom is right next to the bedrooms offered and would be shared with a maximum of one other (if another guest is also there). You have a washer/dryer at your disposal. Iron/ironing board etc. Help yourself to what you need.
Excluded Facilities
There is another stand alone shower downstairs along with another WC, which can also be used by arrangement.

Wonderful accommodation in listed building opposite Richmond Park. Lovely large comfortable room. Off street parking at rear of property. Good bus service into Richmond Theatre or 20 mins walk along the banks of the Thames. I highly recommend these Digs.
