Home from home- lovely friendly house (Nottingham)

You will be living in a detached house with a ground floor conversion that includes a private bathroom which has a toilet and a sink. On the same floor you will have access to a shared kitchen area which opens up to a decking area and access to a large garden.

The shower and bath are upstairs and is a shared facility. I have found that our differing work hours will mean that you will mostly find the house very quiet.

I live with my two children (14 and 10) who are with me every other day. You will have access to whatever you need from the house as I want you to feel welcome and have a comfortable stay.

The bus stop is very convenient, the stop is outside the house with a 10/15 minute bus ride into Nottingham town centre and the theatre/playhouse.

There is a slope down to the back door so happy to provide keys for the front door if access is an issue. There is also a cat who lives in the house who just wanders in and out as he pleases.
