Living with Host
2 spacious 2nd floor rooms , with blackout blinds, in welcoming terraced family home . Use of shared
( guests) big bathroom with shower and bath on the first floor .
Approx 30 mins walk to the city centre. But 8 mins walk to the metro station & another 10 mins to city centre, or 15 mins to the train station.
Guest Parking
There is permit parking in the street , and I have 1visitors permit for guests use.
The Area and Transport
Lovely spacious double bedroom. Quiet street close to fabulous shops, cafes & restaurants . 10 mins walk to the green open space of the Town Moor , and 15 mins walk to the beautiful Jesmond Dene .
There is a great bus route from the end of the street to the city centre & quayside , and 8 mins walk to West Jesmond metro station . The metro takes you straight to the beautiful beach at Tynemouth in about 25 mins , or a 15 min drive.

I've stayed with Liz twice now. Lovely host and house. Location is excellent for getting the metro into the city centre.

Liz and her house are amazing! She is so welcoming and really helpful (thank you for lending me a flask when mine broke!). The room is clean, big and beautiful lighting in the morning. The area is lovely with great food and coffee spots, and so easy to get to Theatre Royal! Thank you for having me and I hope to be back x

I don’t normally stay with hosts but I would happily stay with Liz for the rest of my tour. She is such a wonderful host and her house is nothing but a home! Highly recommended! (Also located by gorgeous coffee shops!)

I had a great stay at Liz’s - spacious, comfortable room, spotless private bathroom and an easy route into the city centre on foot or by metro/bus. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely place to stay: Liz is a welcoming host to her beautiful house in a fabulous neighbourhood. The room is spacious, light, and quiet, with a really comfy bed and loads of storage. I've booked two more stays already and am looking forward to returning. Thank you.

I had a great stay with Liz! She has a lovely cosy house and was very welcoming. Comfortable bed too! Very good location - short walk to the metro stop and lots of nice coffee shops and cafes in the area.

This was a brilliant stay and easy location. About a half hour walk to the theatre so not too bad at all! Liz was very helpful and friendly. The room was big and excellent facilities.

Nice digs, lovely house and room. Liz could not have been more accomodating. Just a short walk to the Metro which is a really easy way to get to the Theatre.
