What does this mean?

A lovely downstairs bedroom with shower room for a guest sole use.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac which is very close to the theatre at most a 5-10 minute walk. I have a drive so free parking. Itโ€™s very close to the town centre as well as the quarry park.

In the bedroom, there is a TV a spacious wardrobe and a desk/ dressing table. The use of the kitchen is available which has an oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine.

Great place, the room and bathroom are slightly separated from the rest of the house, which is nice for privacy. Amy is lovely and very welcoming, would definitely recommend
