Living with Host
The space
A bay windowed bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers. Tea & Coffee facilities. Hairdryer. Private sitting room adjacent with corner sofa bed, chest of drawers and flat screen internet TV including Netflix. Private large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. All of this is on the middle floor of the house and would be private use for guests via a shared landing.
Guests have access to the dining kitchen for food preparation and laundry. However, this space is not for guests to use (other than to prepare and cook food), as the ground floor of the property is private to the homeowner.

Parking available on kerb directly outside of property.
The Area and Transport
Private room/bathroom/sitting room (with TV) in a shared house on the west side of Sheffield, close to the Peak District, university and 4 miles from city centre. Excellent public transport, regular bus services (51 bus from Crosspool), (52 bus from Crookes). 257 bus service into the Peak District; (Crosspool, Rivelin, Bamford, Hathersage, Fox House, Grindleford, Baslow, Bakewell).
Local shops (Tesco, SPAR), restaurants (Italian, Indian), pubs (Ember Inn) and cafes all within walking distance.
