For your convenience, our very own attractive Georgian Style building of Apartments offer several home from home comforts for all your self-catering needs with free Wi-Fi, Freeview TV and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer dryer.

Our VII Apartments are situated in the heart of the charmingly higgledy piggledy cobbled streets known locally as ‘The Saints’, comprising of St Peters Street and St Nicholas Street, it is the main thoroughfare that runs from Ipswich Town Centre to the Waterfront. Here a diverse range of independent shops, hairdressers, cafes’, beauticians, bars and restaurants, from coffee to cocktails, all on your doorstep and if you enjoy Theatre or Cinema entertainment, you have nearby venue choices.

The Saints contain a mix of heritage buildings dating back to the 16th century and offers an insight to Ipswich and England’s history. One of England’s most interesting historical figures Cardinal Thomas Wolsey, lived here as a child. A Bronze memorial statue is situated at Curson plain across from his childhood home and a stone throw away from Wolsey’s Gate, the only physical reminder of the impressive college Wolsey once built.

There are many heritage trails in and around The Saints to discover more about our town’s impressive history.

The street plays host to numerous local events and craft workshops.
