Ann’s a lovely host. No complaints, nice en-suite shower room and less than 15m walk to Headingley centre coffee shops and pubs/restaurants.

Ann’s place is lovely, cosy and quiet. I was able to park outside easily and Ann was very understanding when I arrived later than expected. The room is very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was very handy. The house is close to the restaurants and shops of Headingley. I won’t hesitate to book again.

Ann and her partner were so lovely and made me feel so welcome. The room is great being at the top of the house you don’t feel like you’re sharing at all. The house is also so beautiful! I’d love to stay here again…Thankyou!! Xx

Though a bus ride from the city centre Far Headingley is very well served by public transport. Ann's house is delightful and the en suite room excellent value. Great digs. I'd stay there again, no bother.

Awesome place. I’ve stayed here a couple of times now. It’s a lovely, private, spacious room with its own bathroom. Lovely house and nice and quiet. Ann is a great host - lovely people. It’s also a great area - really quiet but close enough to headingly if you need things to do. Would definitely recommend.

This place a real gem. A lot of effort had clearly been made to make the space comfortable and cosy. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay and the hosts made sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean, tidy and a lovely place to have downtime only a short drive from the city centre.

Ann is a smashing host . Room is huge but cosy with nice little shower room . House is beautiful and in a fantastic area . Loads of regular buses in and out of city .

Ann and Rik's place is brilliant and they are really lovely and welcoming hosts. The room is perfect - with a great shower in the ensuite bathroom. The house is in a really lovely area - quiet but really easy to access the city centre. Lots of lovely cafés around. Thank you Ann and Rik!

Having the loft and ensuite felt like I very much had my own space any privacy after a long day. Lovely chats with Ann and partner when crossing paths at dinner time, even got a fuss from their sweet cat! Thanks so much for the lovely stay.

Had a lovely stay in this room. It is comfortable and very spacious, and it was great to have my own bathroom. Ann was very friendly and a great host. I would absolutely stay here again!

I cycled into the theatre and back, although it’s also and easy bus ride/drive.

The hosts were very kind, welcoming, easy going and attentive to any concerns or problems. The room was spacious, clean, had it's own en-suite shower room (very important!), working internet (again, so important!) and was very reasonably priced.

Good sized attic room with small en-suite. Great bus service into the centre of Leeds and some good artisan shops in Far Headingly.

I had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. A car was definitely needed to get to and from the Leeds Grand, but it worked out fine. Would absolutely recommend.
