The Area and Transport

Immaculate double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, within a 10 minute walk to central Bristol. The room and ensuite is within an apartment I live (with my partner Lawottim) in and the rest of the spaces you will have access to and share with me, including an open-plan living room with views of Bristol harbourside and SS Great Britain and a well-equipped kitchen.

There are buses on the same road as the flat that take you directly to the coach station, train station, airport and many parts of the city

Private

- Your own double bedroom and ensuite bathroom at the back of the flat with waterfall shower (private spaces only accessed by you from within the apartment) with lockable door from the inside

- Free 24 hour parking with a secure enclosed garage (communal garage space with around 30 spaces for residents of the flat. You will have your own allocated parking space and a garage fob which lets you enter and exit the garage whenever you like). There are CCTV cameras in the garage. The maximum vehicle height for the garage is 2 metres.

Excluded Facilities

The only space which is not accessible is my own bedroom. You are welcome to use my bathroom (in the corridor), for the purposes of using the washing machine.
