The property is one bedroomed flat which occupies the second floor of a traditional granite building and situated in the harbour close to city centre.

Commerce Street lies a short walk to the south of Union Street in the Harbour area of the City. Excellent public transport links across the city and beyond are accessible close by with both the railway and bus station located at Union Square. Lovely coastal walks along Aberdeen beach are only a short distance from the property too.

15 minute walk from His Majesty's Theatre and the Music Hall, 5 minute walk to Aberdeen Arts Centre & Theatre, Union Street and all major shopping outlets. The train and bus station is 10 minute walk and all public transport readily available in the area.

Parking on street is free subject to availability.

Bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe. Fresh linen and towels are provided. There is also ironing board/iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer...

Sitting room with TV is spacious and overlooks the city harbour.
The kitchen is well equipped if you feel like cooking.

Bathroom with electric shower and toiletries.

Double glazing and electric storage heaters.

Wireless Internet.
