The property is one bedroomed flat which occupies the second floor of a traditional granite building and situated in the harbour close to city centre.

Commerce Street lies a short walk to the south of Union Street in the Harbour area of the City. Excellent public transport links across the city and beyond are accessible close by with both the railway and bus station located at Union Square. Lovely coastal walks along Aberdeen beach are only a short distance from the property too.
Bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe. Fresh linen and towels are provided. There is also ironing board/iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer...
Sitting room with TV is spacious and overlooks the city harbour.
The kitchen is well equipped if you feel like cooking.

15 minute Walk from His Majesty's Theatre and the Music Hall. 10 minute walk to Aberdeen Arts Centre and Theatre, Union Street, Union Square and all major shopping outlets. The train and bus station is 10 minutes walk and all public transport readily available in the area.

I wish I could take this flat with me on the remainder of my tour! It is beautiful, tidy, perfectly located, and has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

The flat was extremely clean and tidy with amble space and amenities. Light and airy rooms and a quiet area to be based out of the way of the city centre. Would definitely book again if I was in Aberdeen!
