What does this mean?

Literally a home away from home 💕 Own TV, tea/coffee facilities with full WiFi in room. Gorgeous welcoming, clean and fully refurbished home, tidy and very cosy. Shared kitchen and bathroom, but I live alone so plenty of room.

The Area and Transport

I am a professional single woman living alone, I do have a small friendly Frenchie who likes to say hello and he loves guests.
My house is a calm, relaxing, well maintained fully refurbished beautiful Victorian terrace house. Always clean and tidy, a welcoming environment in a
very safe well lite lovely area of Birmingham.
The double room has just been decorated in a neutral contemporary style, with plenty of storage, and overlooks a beautiful rear garden which the guest has full use of.
I only host to non-smoking guests on single occupancy, no additional guests permitted during stay.
Towels and bedding are provided, but the guest will be responsible to keep the room clean and maintain own towels and bedding and general cleanliness /tidiness when using shared areas.
Fantastic bus network to Birmingham City Centre and all theatres, bus stop is two min walk from house. The high street is a mile away with lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and a Waitrose and M&S.

I had the most wonderful four week stay with Tiffany. Everything was exactly as described/pictured but even better. She was such a lovely host and made me feel so comfortable in her home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I am ever in Birmingham.

I had such a gorgeous stay with Tiffany! The house is immaculate and just the loveliest place stay. Tiffany was the perfect host, so thoughtful and I honestly can’t recommend this stay enough. Thank you so much 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
