What does this mean?

I live on a quiet and safe estate, the room is beautiful decorated with top quality items like the bedding that makes your stay perfect. you have your own bathroom and toilet. I work away so you will be often home alone for a few days at a time.

Guest Parking

there is plenty parking in the estate, I have one parking space allowcated to me and i am very happy to share.

The Area and Transport

I am very close to a metro station that is only 3 stops from the theatre, 15 mins from door to door.If you wanted to walk its only about 35 mins over the Tyne bridge to the theatre.

Brilliant digs! Mark was lovely and the digs are super close to the metro so Transport was super easy. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in on tour!

Had a fab stay with Mark. Lovely room, lovely flat. 20minute cycle to northern stage, or metro is 3 minute walk and 3 stops! Would highly recommend. Thanks Mark.
