What does this mean?

Large room, only a 12 minute walk (without hills) to theatre, in a large, converted Victorian house.

Fairlea is near both of our railway stations and I am happy to collect and drop off guests. Parking is also available on the property.

Full use of a separate bathroom and shared kitchen. Breakfast, teas & coffee included as, and when, you would like it.

The house is a Victorian house which is divided into 3 flats, mine is the middle one which has very large rooms.

Jill’s place is great, the room is even more spacious than it looks in the photo, with high ceilings and plenty of floor space. Free roam of the kitchen and a big bathroom too. Jill was kind enough to drive me to the theatre with my suitcase on the final day. If you catch her for a chat, she is great fun and also has a talkative cat. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else and hope to stay again in future.
