End terraced, 2 story, 3 bedroom house with garden access and full use of the kitchen, including washing machine.
Compact double bedroom, blackout blinds, shared bathroom. Towels supplied
Walking distance to the city centre, all theatres and near by parks and the waterfront.

Guest Parking

Parking is available for the guest 24hrs on my private driveway. It cannot be sublet.

The Area and Transport

Located on the edge of the city centre, along the waterfront, close by the Deep Aquarium and Humber Street.

Had a lovely week here! The house and room are very clean, uncluttered and comfortably decorated. Cheryl kindly let me do a lot of meal prep in the kitchen and I could borrow everything I needed. We never ran into problems sharing the bathroom! There are no drawers or wardrobe space in the room so for a longer stay it might be too small but it was perfect for a week. It is a quiet, safe neighbourhood so I never worried about my car overnight. Overall a great place to stay
