What does this mean?

The flat offers a convenient location as it’s a 7 min walk to the theatre and the railway station.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cupboard space oven hob and airfryer coffee machine toaster microwave and toaster.
There is a modern compact bathroom with shower
It’s a 10 minute walk into town (West Quay shopping Centre) and off London Rd for buses to Winchester or to the university.
Please arrive before the show and make sure you take the key with you every time you leave the flat.
If you have a guest to stay please let me know and please remove shoes on entering flat to keep noise down. Thank you.

Guest Parking

There is a permit to park in the road. It is restricted to the opposite side of the road and any car using the permit needs to move it every 2nd day.
You can apply to Southampton City Council for a temporary permit of your own for longer stay prior to your arrival .
As it can be noisey outside late at night it helps to keep the front windows closed at night. The back window onto the garden area iif one is quieter.

The Area and Transport

A small but well equipped and comfortable flat near the theatre and in the heart of buzzing Bedford Place which has plenty of late night eateries shops and cafes.

Please make sure you wash up and remove all rubbish to the bins below on departure.( recycle plastics and cardboard) bottles into grey top bin .
Leave the key and the permit and key on the table on leaving the flat and if late at night please be as quiet as possible so as not to disturb the other residents.

Had a truly lovely stay at Jules's flat. For a self-contained accommodation, this close to the theatre, I was delighted with my time there. The flat has everything you could possibly need, is lovely and bright, and despite being right by some bars and pubs, I didn't find it too noisy at all. Having a Sainsbury's two minutes round the corner was also massively convenient. Jules was really efficient with any communication, and is kind enough to supply a parking permit. Would happily stay again!
