Matt made us feel extremely welcome all of the little extras such as supplying butter and milk were much appreciated (especially arriving on a Sunday evening). Provisions of toiletries was also appreciated. This will be my first choice when visiting Eastbourne. Easy access to all amenities and the theatre.

STUNNING stay! So close to the Congress theatre, lovely big room with large en-suite. Having the separate kitchen was a huge bonus. The host were lovely too. Shame I had to leave early due to a family emergency, but if I ever tour into Eastbourne again, I will DEFINITELY rebook these digs.

I had a lovely stay with Matt and Becci. They were absolutely wonderful and the house is perfect for what I needed.
I will definitely be looking to stay again if back in Eastbourne!

Absolutely fantastic. Gorgeous and spotless house, comfortable room, hot shower with great water pressure, and a fully stocked and private kitchen. On top of that, Matt and Becci are the perfect hosts - so nice to chat with but also very careful to give you space to yourself. The location also couldn’t be better - less than a five minute walk to the theatre and tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the house comes with Hugo, the most adorable gentle giant of a dog!

Matt and his partner were fantastic hosts! The bed was incredibly comfortable, having my own kitchen space was great, and Hugo the dog was so lovely. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Eastbourne.

Matt and Becci are wonderful hosts with a gorgeous dog! The room was super comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. A quiet and comfortable home away from home. Also very close to the Pavilion Theatre. X
